- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆1 banning office never open on time 2 hardly ever have cash for re loan (Tell me what kind of pay day loan store doesn't have cash???) 3 went to pay a loan onone Saturday and was pressed for time....got there to see only one rep. working...on a Saturday? Any how she was busy at time assisting another costumer with a new loan...she clearly seen me waiting and waiting, I finally had to leave briefly to address other matter...when I returned, I began walking toward door, as I approached rep. then exited building locked door and told me she had business matters to take care of and would be back in 30 minutes or so....really? I have dealt with this particular store a few times, as I had no other choice...nothing has changed...service very poor it's as if they now you are desperate and take advantage.By Richard Vazquez, May 05, 2017
