- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My experience was great until it all changed without notice. I had been depending on the bus to get to work for over 8 months, and not once have I ever seen any notice or heard anything about a route change (I saw a notice about a new limit on the number of carry on bags, but NOTHING about any route changes). I was wondering why the bus was so late as I was waiting at what I now know is no longer a bus stop. Calling the number listed on the schedules was no help. I kept getting sent to voice mail on what seemed like a wrong number to a personal cell phone rather than the customer help line for a city transit service. I had to find out about the drastic changes to what used to be routes 5 and 6 by downloading the new route schedule. Thanks for ruining my excellent on time record at work.
