  11:00am. Very rude employees at least two of the ones I delt with. The women who checked me in has very little if any class. She is very unprofessional. Chewing gum like a cow smacking and poping it while telling people what to do (Could just be a coincidence that she might be the same woman mentioned previously with tattoos?). She really needs to take classes on etiquette as well as customer service. Horrible demanding & degrading way she talks to people. And another thing her work attire needs serious improvement. Wow! Where did they find her. I highly doubt that she displayed this behavior during her interview process. Responsible people like my self go in to renew registration and pay what ever fee's need to be paid. Not to deal with low class employee's and their horrific attitude. The other woman gave me such bad attitude when I asked her a question about a non-operating vehicle... a question! Then she replied by telling me that "you people have an appointment for one vehicle and then want to ask questions about another". I didn't have an appointment (b/c it's not required)I waited patiently with no complaints. Appointment or no appointment you can still and answer and direct people with respect. Apparently questions arnt allowed. Stop your brain from working when you get there. Another woman who needs to take a customer service course. A little direction was all I was asking for. If I need to come back another day it's no problem just don't be unprofessional and rude. Good luck and enjoy the show. :/

  Doors opened at 0800. No appointment. In my car driving away 8:15. Contrary to what I read staff was pleasant. Maybe the rude comments I read came from rude customers. Just saying. The ladies I spoke with were very nice and helpful.
