- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Well in the middle on closing a real estate transaction in banning-ca, Made a call to transfer utilities into our family name 48 hrs before closing date of escrow. so there is no interruption of service , was told you have to come into town to transfer on. I said you cant do over the phone, I will can give you my address were I live and have accounts in Riverside country. on other properties. They told me I have to come into town. I guess when your behind the times of customer service Oh I mean it must be really slow there .Banning city utilities company. You have to go old school. Hope to flip this property and never do this again. banning ca. You just lost a customer before I start doing business there what a waste of my time. I really need to come in person, I opened accounts in Orange country , Riverside city, palm springs, Oceanside, I give them my social security number, my home address, utilities company name, bang its done.
